Am disabled,mainly bad knees,and obvious health issues that can come with age.I have days I feel old,but I don't think of myself as old.Enjoy simple things,like to cook,read,crossword puzzles,old movies,could watch Casablanca a million times,today's movies,like today's music is more noise than anything.If I want drama I can always call my older kids.lol.Try to keep house orderly,try out new recipes,and organize family photos.Moved to Dothan,AL recently,it's changed a lot in last years.
